Please complete the form below if you wish to withdraw your student from his/her class(es). Please review our withdrawal policy which can be found in our Parent & Student Handbook and included below for your reference.
- In order to withdraw from a class, you must complete the CPC withdrawal form which can be found on the CPC website.
- If a student withdraws before the first day of class, Registration and Supply fees are NON-refundable. Building fees will be reimbursed. Any tuition paid will be reimbursed.
- If a student withdraws after the first day of class, Registration, Supply fees, and Building fees are NON-refundable.
- If a student withdraws after Oct. 1, one additional month’s tuition and ½ of the mandatory fundraiser opt-out fee are due. This is dependent upon the last date of student’s attendance, not upon notification.
Example: Parent notifies teacher on Nov. 1. Student attends class through Nov. 30. December payment and ½ of the fundraiser opt-out fee are still due.
