Class Tuition: $550 per year or 10 equal installments of $55;
(if this class is taken along with Business Math-Accounting 101, tuition for both classes is $800 per year or 10 equal installments of $80.00).
Supply Fee: $122 per year, due at registration. **Supply Fee includes the purchase of EBook Curriculum and access to ELab. Purchase of these items will be made by instructor so that students can receive the educators discounted price. (Cost Break Out: Supply Fee: $45, EBook and ELab: $77).

Course Description: QuickBooks® Online: Comprehensive provides essential coverage of the latest version of Intuit’s popular online bookkeeping program. Topics covered include tips on choosing the appropriate subscription level for the business, customizing company-level settings, setting up customers, dealing with bank deposits, bank feeds, and reconciliation processes for bank and credit card accounts. In addition, more advanced topics to be covered are purchase orders, sales tax, journal entries, transferring funds between accounts, setting user permissions, reports with class and location tracking, inventory adjustments, filing payroll tax forms, and more. Students will have the opportunity to build a company’s books. In addition, this course provides the opportunity for students to become QuickBooks certified by preparing them to take the QuickBooks Certified Users Exam.
Course includes a free one-year subscription to QuickBooks Online. Tests and assignments will be completed and submitted through ELab. Parents are responsible for proctoring any tests. Students will need to have access to Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Required Materials: Folder for assignments, notebook for notes, pencils. Laptop with internet access, cellphone to access “hotspot” during class.
