THIS WEEK THERE IS A TEST. Ch. 4 TEST due Oct 27. Question 28 is OPTIONAL for BONUS points. Study helps listed below.

Ch. 4 Study helps: Students should focus on knowing how to identify the three Covenants listed on AM 63 (questions 1, 2, 4). Be able to identify details about the feast as well as label the map from AM 64. Study Q 11, 12, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22 from AM 69. Study Q1, 2 and 4 from AM 73, and be able to put some of the events on the top of AM 74 in order (events labeled on the AM as 7, 8, 9, 10, & 11). Study AM 68 question 7 to be able to do the optional BONUS question on the test. As always, let me know if you have any questions or concerns!

For BONUS points, you can also prepare to answer the essay question on AM pg. 51.

Study helps for Ch. 3 Test: Students need to know question 1 and 6 on AM pg. 36, Study AM pg. 47, know who was at the top of the social pyramid in Egypt as well as who Osiris was  (AM pg. 50), study AM pg. 55, be able to label everything on the map on AM pg. 56 in addition to knowing where the Nile River Delta is located as well as the Red Sea. For BONUS points, students can also prepare to answer the OPTIONAL essay question on AM pg. 51.

Know the answer to question 2 only on AM page 32. Be able to label the following on a map (AM 33): Tigris River, Euphrates River, Jerusalem, Samaria, Red Sea, Nineveh.

OPTIONAL: Focus on Compare and Contrast AM 26 in order to do the Bonus question on the test.

If you would like to get a head start on studying this week for your Ch. 2 test that will be taken next week, here are your study helps:

Ch. 1 Test (Due 9/08)

Ch. 1 Study helps: Use AM pages 9-10, 16-17. There will be a bonus question based on the answer to the essay question on Study Skill page 11 in the AM. You can find help with answering this question on pg. 6 of the student text.

Ch. 1 Test Instructions (due 9/8): Students may choose only 2 questions to answer on page 2 of the test (questions 17-18 and 20-21 are each considered one question).

Question 28 on page 3 is OPTIONAL for BONUS and can be answered in bullet points (no need to write in essay format).
