Welcome back! We are looking forward to another successful year partnering with you for your child’s homeschooling journey. Please make sure to read through these monthly director’s notes for important information. It’s really helpful that you stay in the loop with everything that’s happening at CPC!

• Tuition — The August tuition installment, as well as full or semester tuition payments are due Monday, August 19 and Wednesday, August 21. Please remember that tuition payments go directly to our teachers.
• Dress Code — This is a friendly reminder that all of our students, including the little ones, need to adhere to our dress code. Please make sure to review this (especially the shorts length requirement) with your students and take a look at your child(ren) before they leave the house on school days. :-)
• Arrival and Pick-up — Please help our teachers by making sure your students arrive for class on-time (5-10 minutes early would be ideal)! Also, please make sure to pick your students up on-time at the end of the day.
• Volunteers Needed — If you are a 2nd year or older parent and have some extra time to offer, we are in need of volunteers Mondays, 12:30-1:00 during recess and Wednesdays, 12:30-3:00. Please email the directors if you are available. Thanks!
• Parent/Student Orientation Recap – For those who did not attend our Parent/Student Orientation, be on the look out for a separate email which will include a short recap of what was covered.
