CPC Director’s Note
November 2023
As we make our way through the 2nd quarter, please read below to stay up to date on everything that’s happening at CPC!
- Tuition – November tuition installments are due Wednesday, November 1 and Monday, November 6.
- Fall Fundraiser – Our fundraiser with Charleston Wrap ends on Monday, November 6. If you don’t plan to participate in this or the spring fundraiser, please plan to pay the opt-out of $40/student or $60/family. You can drop off cash/check to the director’s folder in the black box or pay via Zelle to cpcdirectors@gmail.com.
- Drop off/Pick up – Please be on time whether you are dropping off your child or picking them up. As a reminder, our Parent/Student Handbook states that two late pick-ups are allowed. Beginning on the third late pick up, parents will be charged $1.00/per minute they are late.
- Bake Sale – Our Parent Support Team is hosting a bake sale on Monday, November 13 and Wednesday, November 15 during school hours. Please make sure your student brings change to buy some delicious goodies.
- Entrance/Exit Doors – We try to advertise important information and/or upcoming events on the glass doors of both buildings. Please make sure to take a look when you are dropping off or picking up your student.
- FCBC Build a Meal – Friendship Community Bible Church is hosting a food drive to put Thanksgiving meal kits together for needy families. Please see the list below if you would like to donate items. You can turn those into a director or door monitor in either building.
- Thanksgiving Break – There will be no school November 20-24.
