*NOTE: There is a minimum of 8 students required for this class to progress, maximum is 16.
Course Description: The purpose of this class is for students to discover how COOL science is, to investigate and learn about the amazing world around us, and realize how creative and awesome God is! This class will be hands-on with activities, experiments, demos, stories, and crafts woven into the fabric of the curriculum, which is all about God’s creation. Reading is not required. Writing will be minimal. The units that we will cover include Energy, Rocks and Landforms, Force and Motion, and Body Systems. Students should be expected to work on optional assignments at home at least 1 hour each week. This is a “club”- so homework is optional.
Required Materials: Marbled composition notebook (wide rule), colored pencils, regular pencils, scissors, school glue
