Course Description: This course includes a discovery of God’s incredible design in nature and an introduction to basic Anatomy & Physiology and each class will include experiments and activities for hands-on learning.

In the book Discovery of Design, the students will learn the practical side of science. We will explore examples of God’s incredible design in nature and discover how His design has inspired man-made designs for batteries, human organ repair, micro-lenses, automotive engineering, paint, and even credit card security! There are many experiments included that encourage the students to be creative and use their problem solving skills.

In Introduction to Anatomy & Physiology we will examine the awe-inspiring design of the human body as students study the structure, function, and regulation of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal systems. Students will discover how their heart and lungs function, the intricacies of the musculoskeletal system, how blood pressure is regulated, and so much more!
