Course Description: Eastern Literature, Grammar, and Writing takes students on an exotic adventure through the Eastern countries as we study the exciting literature of the Eastern hemisphere. Students learn about the culture of the countries, focusing on their religious beliefs and the mission work going on today. Students develop vocabulary and writing skills through regular essay assignments that interact with the nine novels being studied, as well as completing projects and presentations on different countries, figures, and events. Grammar is studied with Rules of Game, Level 2. Students should be expected to work on assignments at home at least 2-3 hours each week.
